Tuition for all courses offered by Access First includes:
  • Instructor-led classroom training
  • Sales/computer lab time
  • Breakfasts and lunches while in class
  • Costs of any off-site tours, presentations, and class field work
  • Any applicable industry organization dues, and certification and testing fees
  • Books, courseware, and other learning materials in accessible format
  • Participation in the paid internship program
  • Post-training support with job searches, resume review/editing, and interview preparation for up to twelve (12) weeks

Lodging and Meals Supplement

If you’re visiting from outside the city where training is being conducted, you can take advantage of a discounted bundled lodging and meals supplement including:
  • Lodging: Your own, (not shared) apartment-style studio with fully-equipped kitchen, spacious desk/work area with high-speed Internet access, and hotel amenities
  • All meals: Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for the duration of your stay
  • Transportation: From the airport to your suite and back at the end of training, and to and from class each day
  • Shopping and errands: Assistance with errands, mailing packages, shopping trips, and other personal business matters while in training
  • Entertainment: Professionally managed group social and entertainment outings on off hours

Payment Terms

All tuition, fees, and supplement charges are payable at registration. If tuition and fees are being paid in full or in part by a vocational rehabilitation agency, department, or other third party, registrations will be placed in a hold status, and should not be considered confirmed until confirmation of authorization is received from the paying entity. Please do not make travel or other arrangements until after we’ve notified you that this process has been completed.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend, need to cancel, or wish to reschedule a class less than five business days before the start date of the class, you may put the full tuition amount on account with us, or else a cancellation fee of 25% of the tuition cost will apply.

If Access First must cancel the class, you may reschedule without penalty or request full reimbursement of your tuition.

Any student, or organization, that fails to submit written notice to Access First’s training and Development Center of a cancellation or need to reschedule, and fails to attend the class, will not be eligible for any reimbursement and is obligated for 100% of the tuition.

Vocational rehabilitation agencies and councilors may substitute course attendees freely provided notice of such substitution is given 48 hours in advance of the course start date.

If a participant must leave training early for any reason other than dismissal due to violation of Access First’s code of conduct, a refund according to the following schedule will apply.

Four week program:

Cancelation in week one: Refund of 75% of tuition and supplement fees paid.
Cancelation in week two: Refund of 50% of tuition and supplement fees paid.
Cancelation in week three: Refund of 33% of tuition and supplement fees paid.
Cancelation in week four: No refund for early withdrawal or cancelation is offered.

If a participant is dismissed due to violation of Access First’s code of conduct, no refund is offered or available, without exception.
