Has the tough job market stalled your search for work? Are you frustrated by the lack of good-paying, accessible job opportunities out there?
Maybe you’re currently employed, but your job is unfulfilling, or you don’t earn nearly what you know you’re worth, and you just don’t have the time to spend retraining for a new career.
Even in the best of times, the unemployment rate for the blind is several times the national average. Still, if you’ve endured a lay-off, had your job snatched away and shipped overseas, or are a recent graduate trying to find work in the current recession, your unemployment rate is 100%.
Consider Professional Sales
While many of the job options commonly presented to blind people are in shrinking, or highly-specialized fields, there’s a steadily growing supply of positions in professional sales.
Employers Need Sales People. Every business relies on generating sales to survive. Browse any jobs website, and you’ll see there are often more sales positions open than any other field. Even if there’s not even a job posted, a great opportunity might be only a phone call away.
A career in professional sales can offer you an unmatched level of accessibility, earning potential, flexibility, control of your own destiny, and ways to grow professionally.
Why Get Training?
Because professional sales is not easy work that you can jump right into without being prepared. You don’t want to be one of the many ill-prepared people who simply “give sales a try”, only to flame out in a matter of a few months, or even weeks.
To reach your full potential, you must develop a sales mind set, learn how to plan your activity, prospect for new business, use the phone effectively, manage your time, your motivation, how to consult with your customers, how to answer their questions and objections, how to negotiate effectively, and close the sale.
Let us Show You How
Register for the Success in Professional Sales training course, and you’ll leave with the basic skills, practiced ability, and confidence to successfully launch a new career as a Business Development Specialist, Inside Sales Executive, Sales Engineer, or one of countless other high-demand sales positions.
