Roderick has over twenty years experience in professional sales, sales management, and business communications.

He has sold and directed training activities in environments from busy contact centers, to regional field sales territories covering several states.

Mr. Roberts, who is totally blind, has also trained over twenty blind or visually impaired agents hired by Access First, and developed a landmark career training program for blind consumers interested in entering the public safety communications field.
